        It is the question of the government to give the reserve to whom and not to whom

But nowadays a special debate is whether the reserve should be abolished or not

So I am of the opinion that the reservation should be abolished but there are some conditions for that. Which are as follows...

.Equality means complete equality

     Agricultural land in the country should be taken over by the government and distributed equally to all people.

    Natural resources (coal mines, granite mines, marble mines, oil refineries, etc.) should be distributed equally to every citizen. Because everyone has a right to the natural resources of the country.

    Everyone should be allowed to participate in the auction of 3G and 4G spectrum

   Priests of all castes should be appointed in all the temples in the country and equal share in the earnings of the temples should be distributed.

   All castes should be involved in all the higher educational institutions of the country

 . All the forests of the country should be given to the tribals and all its produce should be distributed equally.

  All rights and ownership of ports and maritime property to the government as well as to all share of the revenue

  Giving all participation in all stock exchanges of the country.

  Everyone's religion is a "human religion"

  Caste column should be canceled from Living Certificate.

  There is no separate society in the village / city but all live together.

   Roti and Betty's transactions continue.

   Let's create a casteless society.

   Give everyone an equal chance.

लेकिन आजकल एक खास बहस चल रही है कि अनामत को खत्म किया जाए या नहीं

इसलिए मेरी राय है कि आरक्षण को समाप्त कर दिया जाना चाहिए लेकिन उसके लिए कुछ शर्तें हैं। जो निम्नलिखित है...

.समानता का अर्थ है पूर्ण समानता

 देश में कृषि भूमि को सरकार द्वारा ले लिया जाना चाहिए और सभी लोगों को समान रूप से वितरित किया जाना चाहिए।

प्राकृतिक संसाधन (कोयला खदानें, ग्रेनाइट खदानें, संगमरमर की खदानें, तेल शोधन कारखाने आदि) प्रत्येक नागरिक को समान रूप से वितरित किए जाने चाहिए। क्योंकि देश के प्राकृतिक संसाधनों पर सभी का अधिकार है।

3जी और 4जी स्पेक्ट्रम की नीलामी में सभी को भाग लेने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए

૪. देश के सभी मंदिरों में सभी जातियों के पुजारियों की नियुक्ति की जाए और मंदिरों की कमाई में बराबर का हिस्सा बांटा जाए।

 देश के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में सभी जातियों को शामिल किया जाना चाहिए

 देश के सारे जंगल आदिवासियों को दे दिए जाएं और उसकी सारी उपज बराबर बांट दी जाए।

बंदरगाहों और समुद्री संपत्ति के सभी अधिकार और स्वामित्व सरकार के साथ-साथ राजस्व के सभी हिस्से के लिए

देश के सभी स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों में सभी भागीदारी देना।

सबका धर्म है "मानव धर्म"

जाति स्तम्भ को जीवन प्रमाण पत्र से निरस्त किया जाए। गांव/शहर में कोई अलग समाज नहीं है लेकिन सभी एक साथ रहते हैं।

रोटी और बेट्टी का लेन-देन जारी है। 

अनुमति दी है ??????

तो आ जाओ

आओ जातिविहीन समाज का निर्माण करें।

सभी को समान अवसर दें।

वर्तमान स्थिति में यह बताना आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है " 

बाबा साहेब अम्बेडकर ने पुस्तकालय में घंटों बैठकर 3 साल तक गहराई से अध्ययन करके उत्पीड़ित वर्ग की ओर से आरक्षण का अधिकार दिया है। नहीं कि

खुले में तीखे भाषण देकर या देश की दौलत को नुकसान पहुंचाकर। 

यह नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि संवैधानिक मामलों को समझने के लिए परिपक्वता और उच्च शिक्षा और पढ़ने की आवश्यकता होती है।

પણ આજકાલ એક ખાસ ચર્ચાતો પ્રશ્ન કે અનામત નાબુદ કરવીજોઇએ કે નહી

તો હુ પણ એ મત ધરાવુ છું કે અનામત નાબુદ થવીજ જોઇએ પણ એના માટે કેટલીક શરતો છે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે...

.સમાનતા એટલે સંપુર્ણ સમાનતા

૧. દેશમાં ખેતીની જમીન સરકારહસ્તક લઇ લેવામાં આવે અને બધા લોકોને સરખા ભાગે વહેચીદેવામાં આવે.

૨. કુદરતી સંપતિની (કોલસાની ખાણો, ગ્રેનાઈટની ખાણો, આરસની ખાણો, તેલની રીફાઈનરીઓ વગેરે) દરેક નાગરિકને સરખે ભાગે વહેચી દેવામાં આવે. કારણ દેશની કુદરતી સંપતિમાં બધાનો હક્કછે.

૩. ૨ જી અને ૩ જી સ્પેક્ટ્રમની હરરાજીમાં દરેકને ભાગ લેવા દેવામાં આવે

.૪. દેશમાં આવેલા તમામ મંદિરોમાં પૂજારીઓની નિમણુક તમામ જ્ઞાતિના લોકોની કરવામાં આવે અને મંદિરોની કમાણીમાં સમાન હિસ્સાની વહેચણી કરવામાં આવે

.૫. દેશની તમામ ઉંચ્ચ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓમાં તમામ જ્ઞાતિઓની ભાગીદારી કરવામાં આવે

.૬. દેશના તમામ જંગલોની માલિકી આદિવાસીઓને આપવામાં આવે અને તેની તમામ ઉપજ અને પેદાશોની સરખે ભાગે વહેચણી કરવામાં આવે.

૭. બંદરો અને દરિયાઈ સંપતિ પર તમામનો હક્ક અને તેની માલિકી સરકારની તેમજ આવક તમામના ભાગે વહેચાવી

.૮. દેશની તમામ સ્ટોક એક્ષચેન્જમાં પણ તમામની ભાગીદારી આપવી.

૯. દરેકનો ધર્મ એક " માનવ ધર્મ"

૧૦. લીવીંગ સર્ટિમાંથી જ્ઞાતિનું કોલમ રદ કરવામાં આવે.👉૧૧. ગામ/શહેરમાં કોઈ અલગ સોસાયટી નહિ પરંતુ તમામ શાથે રહે.

૧૨. રોટી અને બેટીના વ્યવહારો ચાલુ કરવામાં આવે. 

છે મંજુર??????

તો આવો,

જ્ઞાતિ વિહીન સમાજની રચના કરીએ.

દરેકને સમાન તક આપીએ.

હાલની પરિસ્થિતિમાં જણાવવું જરૂરી લાગે છે " 

બાબા સાહેબ આંબેડકરે કચડાયેલા વર્ગનો પક્ષ લઈને અનામતના અધિકારો આપાવ્યા છે તે લાયબ્રેરીમાં કલાકોના કલાકો બેસીને ઊંડાણપૂર્વક અભ્યાસ કરીને ૫૯ વર્ષની ઉમરે અપાવેલા હતા. નહી કે,

ખુલ્લા મેદાનમાં બેફામ ભાષણો કરીને કે દેશની સંપતિને નુકશાન કરીને. 

બંધારણીય બાબતો સમજવા માટે પરિપક્વતા અને ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અને વાંચનની જરૂરિયાત હોય છે તે ન ભૂલવું જોઈએ.
